Terms and Conditions for BRO Code Live Game Series

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the BRO Code Live Game Series ("Game Series") organized by Quantum Quill Media ("Organizer" or "we"). By participating in the Game Series, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

To participate in the Game Series, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Quantum Quill Media, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration:

You may register for the Game Series through the designated platform provided by the Organizer. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

3. Game Rules:

The Game Series will be conducted according to the rules and guidelines set forth by the Organizer. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in any form of misconduct.

4. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with the Game Series, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and game content, are owned by Quantum Quill Media. By participating in the Game Series, you agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to the Organizer without prior written consent.

5. Prizes:

Prizes may be awarded to participants based on their performance in the Game Series. The nature and value of prizes will be determined by the Organizer and may vary from one event to another. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Publicity:

By participating in the Game Series, you grant the Organizer the right to use your name, likeness, and any content you create during the Game Series for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, press releases, and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability:

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Game Series. In no event shall the Organizer's total liability exceed the value of the prizes awarded to you.

8. Modification or Cancellation:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Game Series at any time for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer may, at its discretion, reschedule the Game Series or award prizes based on the participants' performance up to the time of cancellation.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum Quill Media regarding your participation in the BRO Code Live Game Series and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By participating in the BRO Code Live Game Series, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Game Series.
